Bill Migneault

Born in the West, Bill finally arrived in Texas in 1987 and has made this fine state home ever since. Bill met his lovely wife Beth at Baylor University and they have three wonderful children, Ben, Brittney and Brooke. The Migneault's currently reside in Rockwall and are members of The First Baptist Church of Rockwall.

The beginnings of Migneault Properties can be traced back to Bill and his brother Matt as they worked on their father's rent houses. Many weekends and long afternoons were spent with a paintbrush in one hand and a plunger in the other. Hard work and dedication crossed state lines as Bill moved to Texas. Migneault Properties began as a small investment in a string of duplexes and has grown to almost 3000 units and 85 employees across this wide state.

Our success can be attributed to several factors. First and foremost is the realization that we are just stewards here on earth. We are accountable to our Lord and Savior first of all; we are then accountable to the owners, the residents and our employees to do our very best. Secondly, we love our jobs. Your property or residence is not just another line item in someone's journal. We manage your property as if we lived there ourselves.

Loretta Anderson

Loretta comes to our company with a vast range of experience and professionalism. She has extensive background in Information Technology, both in PC and midrange computers, along with accounting, administrative and customer service. Her assistance in setting up and managing our new internet driven Peak software program has been valuable to the corporate office, not to mention our managers and owners. By utilizing the Peak software, team members will be able to see their properties' real-time information via the internet, eliminating unnecessary time spent in the preparation, emailing and or faxing of reports.

Loretta, a California native has lived in the Dallas area for 15 years. Loretta is married and has two sons, four stepdaughters, one stepson and 10 grandchildren. She is a voracious reader and loves to travel.

Debra Zoutman

Debra is a Dallas native and comes to Migneault Properties, LP with over 25 years in the multi family industry. From Leasing Agent to Property Manager in just a few months, Debra demonstrated that hard work and perseverance pays off as she climbed up the ranks within her firm.

After several years of property management under her belt, Debra decided to direct her efforts in the multi-family locator industry. As a resident locator, she was instrumental in finding housing for hundreds of families all over the metroplex. Missing property management and the challenges our industry entails, Debra returned to management with our firm in 2008.
Currently a Regional Manager, Debra is responsible and accountable for the day to day operations of several of our larger properties in the DFW Metroplex.

Debra and her husband David have been married for 29 years and have lived in the Rockwall area since 1999. Debra’s favorite color is purple and is fanatical about scrapbooking in her spare time. When Debra isn’t scrapbooking, you may find her volunteering with the Dallas Opera or attending Cornerstone Baptist Church

Tricia (Willis) Haynie

Native Texan, Tricia (Willis) Haynie joined our team in 2007. She brings with her many years of management experience, eight of those being in multi-family housing. She has earned the title of Regional Director of our Bryan College Station communities. Her hard work and dedication has shown through her ability to successfully manage our growing market.
Tricia is the proud parent of two beautiful daughters whom are both happily married. She has four grandchildren that are the light of her life. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with them at academic events, playing sports or just hanging out. Tricia still has old fashioned traditional family values and that is the foundation for the success of our team.

Sharon Schwab

Sharon began her career in property management in 1986 as the Property Manager of a community in the Houston area. Since then, she has managed communities ranging from 180 units to 448 units in Texas and Illinois. She has worked for various companies gaining experience in total renovation as well as new construction.

Joining Migneault Properties in June 2011 as Regional Manager, her portfolio consist of managing an HOA and overseeing several apartment communities in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Sharon and her husband have been married for 29 years and have two wonderful children. Her son Matthew is recently married and lives in Japan with is wife Aiko. He teaches English as a second language to Japanese students at a private elementary school. Her daughter Audrey, lives in the Dallas area and works for the Dallas Cowboys.

In her spare time, Sharon enjoys travel, reading, music, and singing in her church choir. She attends Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX.
